Our Story

My husband and I come from big families with a love for great food and a knack for making simple events into celebrations. When I decided to take a break from teaching middle school to raise our three boys, I began baking in earnest. At first, baking primarily served a purpose of feeding our hungry and quickly growing family. But it has become much more than a way to get food on the table. It offers an outlet for creativity and engagement that teaching once provided, and helps cultivate community and connection.
